Why it does It does. 
For one, this makes it the first iPhone that I’ve wanted to buy. Why? This phone comes closer and closer to design perfection. Not that I can place my finger somewhere and say that such and such is perfect design I like how the form follows function. The boxy look, which some (or many) people might not like, is in my opinion extremely utilitarian. So is the use of toughened glass on both sides. This has the effect of making it beautiful AND durable.
